You received a voucher from us? To redeem the voucher is as follows:

place your desired articles in the shopping cart
you now will be asked to pay
log-in or register as a new customer
On the page „check and order“ enter your voucher code and then click the red arrow button
You now see the voucher value and the reduced amount of your purchase
submit your purchase

Terms of Redemption for Vouchers at Studioexpress:

The following conditions are valid for all vouchers from studioexpress, unless otherwise specified, with the exception of purchased vouchers:

Each voucher can only be used online and only one time.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per customer and purchase.
Should the voucher be bound to a minimum order value, then it can only be redeemed when the minimum order value is reached.
A combination with further vouchers or already reduced articles as well as cash payment and subsequent deductions are not possible.
It is prohibited to resell the vouchers for commerical purposes.
Vouchers are not offsettable against delivery charges and gift vouchers.

Validity:

Vouchers are only valid for a limited time and expire at the date indicated on the voucher. A prolongation is not possible.

Return of Articles:

If you use your right of withdrawal, then we will reimburse you with the reduced price. There is no claim of reimbursement or replacement of the voucher.
